Really hurting when on top

I have no clue where to ask this but I'm grabbing at whatever straw I can I guess. When me and my boyfriend have sex, we usually do it missionary because that’s the most comfortable for me. The second I get on top it hurts very much, if it sit straight up on him it feels like a knife going through my stomach, so I usually have to lean over towards him very much and that’s still uncomfortable. I just need to have some answer to why this is happening because it doesn’t make me feel good about our sexual relationship when I feel like he does all the work. Is there anything I could do, or anyone who I should talk to?

You could ask your doctor about this, but I suspect that the problem is the shape of your vagina. Some females are born with a tilted vagina and this can make sex uncomfortable in certain positions. However, there are literally hundreds of different positions, so start running through the gamut and find the ones that are comfortable for you. (This is the type of 'homework' everyone enjoys!)
