I'm confused. I had always heard sex was this magical but to me its
not. My biggest problem is lack of moisture. On the outside use ky
jelly but its the inside. If I can get enough moisture inside sex
isn't half bad. What do I do? My husband feels bad because I don't get
anything out of this. He doesn't always work if you catch my meaning.
So its a hit or miss thing with us. Can you offer any suggestions
about what I can do to increase the moisture on the inside?

Lack of moisture can be caused by a number of things, such as medications that you are taking (antihistamines are notorious) or it could be from insufficient foreplay before intercourse. Females need to get 'worked up' before sex to trigger lubrication; guys do not. If you've covered those angles, then you should talk with your doctor. There may be other solutions. Sometimes, something as simple as drinking more water can have an effect. Also, you could try better lubes. Any silicone lube will far outlast KY. They are more expensive but well worth the cost.
