Longer Life from Oral Sex...

Hello,
Keeping in mind that Sue will not be reading this, from an academic standpoint, the question posed on Sunday evening's showing in Anchorage, AK on Oxygen regarding a man's living longer as the result of having consistent oral sex seemed to have been responded to inaccurately.
Being a male, I can understand how this email may come off sounding bias. That said, there have been several studies that have found that males who ejaculate regularly have significantly less likelihood of developing prostate cancer. Here are a couple of links to those studies:

Dr. Kinsey is responsible for studies that showed that the reduced stress levels resulted from consistent ejaculation. Stress levels have a direct correlation with life span.

I feel it was in poor taste that Sue implied that a caller's boyfriend was somehow lying to or misleading his girlfriend (caller) that oral sex DOES NOT lead to a longer life for men. I hope that she might address this misunderstanding.

Thanks for the feedback. It is true that frequent ejaculation decreases the risk of prostate cancer and lowers stress levels. We have discussed this on the show before. However, men are quite capable of ejaculating on their own and do not require a woman's mouth on their dick to get there. Sue was no doubt reacting to this guy's assertion that his longevity depended on his partner's oral attention. I'm sure that she filed it under "Guys Will Say Anything for a Blow-job" in her brain. Nothing gets her back up like that does!Randy
