Hemerroid surgery scared but love anal sex

I would like to know if it is okay to have anal sex after having internal and external hemerroid removal surgery. I had this procedure done about 3 yrs ago, however, I still feel discomfort when penetration occurs but I I love anal sex.
I think it's my scar tissue but I am scared it may open while having intercourse.

Yes, I would be concerned about this, too. You really need to ask your doctor about it. My guess is that, considering your history, the answer would be no, but you need a professional medical opinion. Rather than 'penis in rectum thrusting', you may have to settle for something less active, like a small, flexible vibrating butt plug.Randy
