Can guys really get "blue balls?" Everyone says its from not ejaculating during sex.

Indeed we CAN get blue balls, and I recall a rather embarrassing incident in my childhood when I had to go to my mother to ask about this painful condition, and she dragged me to the doctor. Very humiliating. Of course, the solution is to masturbate more. Basically, a type of congestion builds up in the testicles after arousal, and they do turn a pale shade of blue, hence the name. You can get blue balls from not ejaculating during sex, or from just not ejaculating, period. Your nuts actually ache, and jerking off solves the problem.Randy
