im very concerned i just lost my virginity but i think i didnt perform
as good as i should i was really bad at. lol my problem is that i
think i wasnt hard enough so how can i get harder. what can i do to

You know, sex is like any physical skill - the more you do it, the better you get at it. First intercourse is often a bit of a disaster for most people. It is very stressful, and neither partner performs well. Guys tend to lose erections, and women tend to not lubricate properly and find it painful. It's a wonder we carry on doing it at all! Now that you've conquered the first hurdle, you should be more relaxed next time around, and the gear should work better. So, don't worry about it. If you want her to have maximum pleasure, make sure you take your time and offer plenty of foreplay. Females need that to get lubricated. And please use condoms!Randy
