Is it possible to have precum if you never actually cum? I get to the point
where i feel like i am going to cum and stop so i never actually cum.

Precum is your body's natural lubricant. It forms in response to yourarousal, so I would think it forms when you're aroused, whether or not
you go on to actually have sex or cum.
