I am 54 and am currently seeing a man who is 36. The sex is good but there are some things that I am wondering about. He is not interested in sex more than once a week. He cannot have an orgasm two days in a row. The only way he gets hard is from oral sex. I have never been in a relationship like this. Could there be a medical problem or are we just at two different stages of sexual peaks?

I would say that, for his age, his sexual responses are typical. Around the mid-30's, most men start to experience a drop in testosterone levels. That means lower libido and less interest in sex. More stimulation to get things going is often required, and that can mean oral sex. He could check with his doctor about his testosterone levels - there is medication available if his levels are too low. However, I don't find his pattern unusual.Randy
