Male EjaculationPosted by M. on June 16, 2008 at 14:19:59:
I've been with my 26 year old boyfriend for six months. Before we got together, he had only ever ejaculated once when having penatrative sex, and never with a condom. Since we got together, he has ejaculated four or five times (with a condom on every time), but he still does not ejaculate most of the time when we have sex. We can be going at it for up to an hour or more, and he still won't have an orgasm.
I want him to enjoy sex as much as possible, and I'm wondering if there is anything we could do that would help him to ejaculate more often. I know that stress and depression can have a major influence on male orgasms, but this is a problem even when he isn't stressed. He's otherwise a perfectly healthy young man and we have a great relationship -- is there anything we can do? Should he get medical advice?

It never hurts to get professional medical advice, that's for sure. He has Delayed Ejaculation, a condition that 30% of men suffer from. There is no medication for it, but there are procedures that can help. Read Sue's article on it in the Sex Info section.
